Small note: The visitor's tax and the overnight surcharge of €6.55 per person per night are not included in the booking price. You can find more information below. Before you arrive, you will receive a separate payment request via Airbnb to pay the fees. The space Please take a moment to read the information on this page – especially the notes at the end. This way you are well prepared for your stay. Short-term reservations, with arrival on the same day, are unfortunately not possible for organizational reasons! Your place: A cozy little house (Tiny House) on the 5-star campsite De Pallegarste – the perfect blend of comfort and nature! The tiny house: The tiny house was completely modernized in March 2025. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property is fenced and has a garden shed with a large parasol – perfect for enjoying the time outside. Bedroom: There are three bedrooms: - Master bedroom: One double bed (140x190cm) with comfortable mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables, reading lamps, blackout curtains and fly screen by the window. - Two more bedrooms: each has two single beds (80x190cm) with comfortable mattresses, storage space, wall lamps and small shelves as bedside tables. USB and USB-C ports are present. Baths: The bathroom has a shower, sink, and mirror cabinet. A shelf has space for your belongings. The toilet is in a separate room. Living and dining areas: The living and dining areas are open and modern. There is no separate living space. A smart TV with cable programs (German and Dutch) and free Netflix provides entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, Senseo, egg boiler and toaster. For shared moments there are board games and a large wooden railway – ideal for families. The campsite: There are many things to do at the campsite: - Playgrounds, including a large, 2024 renewed area with bouncing pillows, swings and slides. - An indoor playground for rainy days. - High season animation program with mini disco and foam parties for kids. Relaxation for adults: The tiny house is quiet but close to everything – swimming pool and cafe are only 3 min walk away. Other than that: - A cafe, pizzeria, small shop, ice cream shop and food truck with poffertjes. - The area invites you to take walks and bike rides – enjoy the nature! Leisure activities in the area: - Visit places like Vroomshoop, Ommen, Hardenberg or Almelo for a city stroll. - Excursions for families: Slagharen amusement park, the Plopsa indoor playground in Coevorden or the Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen. Our tip: The Drentse Koe in Ruinerwold – a large playground with water area and petting zoo. Fun for everyone! Swimming pool: The campsite's outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st of May to 7th of September 2025. In good weather, the season could be extended – this is what the campsite decides. Additional info: - Bed linen can be rented for an extra fee: €13 for single bed sets, €26 for double beds. - Towel sets (towel + shower towel): 12€ per set. If you need textiles, please inform us before. Extras such as beds made on arrival can also be booked. Camping fees and tourist tax: These costs are not included in the price: €6.55 per person per night. After booking, you will receive a payment request from us via Airbnb. These fees must be paid to us in advance as this will be forwarded to the municipality of Hardenberg and the campsite. On-site payment is not possible. Important: For your booking, we need this information: Main character: - First Name - Surname - Date of birth - Address - Email - Phone number Other fellow travelers: - First Name - Surname - Date of birth This information is needed to prepare for check-in. Unfortunately, check-in is not possible without this information. Important note on the use of the mobile home: Misuse and house rules: The rented mobile home is exclusively available to vacation guests for recreational purposes. Use as commercial accommodation, a room for construction workers or as accommodation for migrant workers/guest workers is expressly prohibited. If the landlord or the campground management determines that the property is being used for commercial purposes contrary to this agreement, the guests will be immediately prohibited from entering the mobile home. In this case, the campground operator exercises its right as the owner and expels the individuals from the campground. Reimbursement of rental fees already paid is excluded. Guest access Please check in at reception upon arrival. There you will receive your key, a barrier card and a description of the way to your tiny house. For your tiny house, there is a private, easily accessible parking space at your disposal. Other things to note The reservation does not cover the tourist tax or the accommodation fee of €6.55 per person per night. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a payment request for these fees via Airbnb. Important: Guests under 21 years of age may only arrive if accompanied by an adult (over 21 years of age). Important note on the use of the mobile home: Misuse and house rules: The rented mobile home is exclusively available to vacation guests for recreational purposes. Use as commercial accommodation, as a room for construction workers or as accommodation for migrant workers/guest workers is expressly prohibited. If the landlord or the campsite management determines that the property is being used commercially in contravention of this agreement, the guests will be immediately prohibited from entering the mobile home. In this case, the campsite operator will exercise its domiciliary rights and expel the persons from the site. A refund of rental fees already paid is excluded. Please report any damage immediately during your stay so that we can find a solution together. After your departure, we will check the tiny house. If it is left very dirty, additional cleaning costs may apply.
