Central, quiet idyll with flair

Centrally located, in an idyllic, quiet neighbourhood. You can reach Düsseldorf’s Old Town and city centre in 10 minutes. Various underground and bus services are just a two-minute walk away and will take you in almost every direction from Düsseldorf. Getting to the exhibition centre, the airport and the main railway station is also quick and easy! Our flat is ideal for families, trade fair visitors and business travellers. And for guests planning a relaxing and peaceful weekend. The space The apartment in the basement of our house offers a separate entrance and three fully equipped bedrooms with box spring beds, a workspace, and clothing storage options. There is also a spacious living/dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. A small kitchenette with sink and dishwasher, a WMF induction hob with two hotplates, a microwave with oven/grill function, and various coffee-making options complete the apartment. We also provide two towels (large and small) per guest. Guests also have access to a free parking space on our property, ten meters from the entrance to the Airbnb apartment (please let us know when booking if you need it). There is also a public electric charging station in front of the entrance. A smart TV is also available in the apartment, but can only be used with your own personal TV stick (e.g., Amazon Fire Stick, Google Chromecast, etc.). Within walking distance (3 minutes on foot) is a bakery that is open daily. Right next to the bakery are several restaurants (sushi/falafel/kebab/fries/coffee and cake/vegan) as well as the widely known Pizza Pavillon. A little further away (approx. 10 minutes on foot) are various supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, flower shops, ice cream parlors, etc. The pedestrian entrance to Düsseldorf University Hospital is also just three minutes away. The apartment is located in the other direction, in the immediate vicinity of Südpark, Düsseldorf's largest contiguous green space, which invites you to linger with its large meadows, restaurants, and two adventure playgrounds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire basement apartment. The apartment is only accessible via stairs; there is no elevator (not wheelchair accessible). A free parking space on our property is also available to guests (please indicate when booking if required). Due to bad experiences with past bookings: We reserve the right to check the number of actual guests in the apartment, which is located in the basement of our own permanently occupied single-family home, and to verify whether more guests are staying in the Airbnb apartment than are included/specified in the booking.
