B&B Casa di Lia

The B&B Casa di Lia is an old farmhouse, totally renovated, family run. The names of the rooms, Sunset, Forest and Ocean, are inspired by the theme of nature and the passions of our family. We offer three bright and modern double rooms, each characterized by distinctive details and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast included. The space A set for the preparation of tea, coffee and herbal teas is at your disposal, available at any time of the day. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment at all times. The automated key access system allows you to manage your return independently, without time constraints. The living area, where breakfast is served, is a common space ideal for moments of leisure and relaxation. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, about 150 meters from the medieval village of Piazzo, known for its historic buildings and the lively Cisterna square, the heart of the village, with restaurants and characteristic clubs, including the Biella Jazz Club. The buffet breakfast, served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, offers a variety of sweet and savory options, including baked goods, fruit, yogurt, honey, cereals, jam, butter, biscuits, milk, tea, coffee, fruit juices, cold cuts and cheeses. To respect the needs of all guests, pets are not allowed. Your host lives in the apartment below the B&B and is almost always present, available for contact via the mobile phone provided upon arrival.
