Starter bathroom items provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper roll, hand and bath towel. Kitchen items provided: starter paper towel roll, pot/pan, plates, cups, bowls, coffee maker only (no coffee provided), toaster, dish soap and sponge, basic cleaning products, and trash bags. Unopened beverages and snacks may be left to share with others. Please keep in mind this is someone’s private home, not a hotel. Guest access Guest will have access to the detached garage for parking, main and second floor of home, and the fenced yard area. *Basement is for owner’s storage only and not usable. The laundry room on site is available free of charge for bookings that are 3+ weeks or longer. If you have a shorter stay but would like access, there is a $25 flat fee. Detergent and dryer sheets not provided. Please let me know when submitting the booking request and the fee can be added. There is a Level 2 EV charger available for use with a flat fee of $25 per booking or per week, depending on the length of stay. Other things to note Please note there are stairs at all entrances of the home and to access the second floor.
