No CCTV cameras are installed within the property. No parties, hens or stag parties- booking will be voided. Owner lives close to the property. I ask that you please do not smoke in the house (incidentally, the house is equipped throughout with smoke alarms). Please do NOT eat hot food upstairs in the property. Bring your own sheets/towels if you wear fake tan- you will be billed for additional dry cleaning/replacement.
