🌿 Charming, fresh, and quiet cottage in a hamlet located 5 min from the A4/30 min from Disney. ✨ All comforts: 2 bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, beds made, towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen & shower room (dishwasher, washer dryer, basic products). Baby equipment, games, TV & projector with platform access. ☀️ Garden with children's games, terraces, BBQ & parking space. 🐾 Pets welcome (pet sitting available!). 🧖‍♀️ Additional options: Private spa, breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, love box... The space Stone house that retains a natural coolness! ​🏡 Layout & Sleeping arrangements ​🔸 Ground floor: Bright living room with TV (free access to platforms) and equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, Tassimo coffee makers (with welcome pods) / filter / Italian, raclette machine, blender, steamer... and basic groceries. ​🔸 2nd floor (⚠️ Steep and uneven staircase). : Large bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 floor mattress if needed), desk area and shower room with toilet. ​🔸 2nd Floor (Attic⚠️ Low ceiling access): Air-conditioned bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra chair bed) with video projector. ​🛁 Amenities included ​🔸 Bedding & Bathroom: Beds made on arrival, 2 towels provided. Washer-dryer with laundry detergent, iron, shower gel, shampoo, etc. ​🔸 Baby: Upon request (baby bed + real mattress, potty, highchair, etc.). ​🔸 Entertainment & Bonus: Free Wi-Fi, TV and video projector with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime included. Board games and a small puzzle to solve right in the cottage! ​🌿 Exteriors & Relaxation ​🔸 100% private terrace: Right in front of the cottage door, overlooking the courtyard. 🔸 Common garden: Large 20 m² terrace (table for 8 people, garden furniture, barbecue), children's play area (hut, sandbox, bicycles, etc.), spa area, and a small resident turtle to greet! ​⚠️ Note: The garden is shared with my home. It is currently being renovated to offer you even more comfort. There may be some visual issues, and I apologize in advance, but all areas remain 100% functional! ​🧖‍♀️ Spa & Private Garden Option: Looking for a relaxing break? The spa located in the garden is available for optional booking. The real plus: when you book the hot tub, the entire garden is 100% private for you (work suspended and privacy guaranteed!) so you can enjoy the setting with peace of mind. (Details and rates below). ​⚠️ Important Information ​🔸 Accessibility: Please note that the accommodation has steep stairs and low passages. Be careful if you have small children, are pregnant, have reduced mobility... or have had a few drinks! 😉 ​🔸 Check-in & Rules: Complimentary welcome basket and cold drinks. Strictly non-smoking interior. Pets not allowed on beds or sofas. Guest access ​You have full and private access to the vacation rental and its front terrace. 🔸 Common spaces: The garden is shared with my home (unless you choose the Spa option, which gives you 100% privacy in the garden!). The courtyard is also shared with a neighbor who parks at the back. 🔸 Parking (Important): You have a dedicated parking space 2 steps from the cottage, located in the private courtyard secured by video surveillance. Please never park in front of the gîte (area with a prohibition sign). This would block the neighbor; the passage must always remain clear. All the details for your place are in the check-in guide! (A 2nd vehicle? Let me know!) 🔸 Check-in & Stay: 100% self check-in via key box. Living right next door, I remain available when needed. All details and rates are available on request and shared when you book! 💦 Spa & Private Garden: Treat yourself to a moment of absolute relaxation in a spacious spa that can accommodate up to 6 people. - Customized & Comfortable: The water temperature is set according to your wishes, and extra towels and a bathrobe are provided. - Privacy & No one opposite: An area that is out of sight. - The real advantage of private use: When the spa is reserved, the entire garden is 100% dedicated to you and private. - Hygiene & Quality: Water that is monitored, treated, and maintained according to strict hygiene and safety standards. - Day booking (Unlimited access): You can book the option for a single day of your stay. Once the day is booked, you can go whenever you want, as many times as you like! (For single-night stays: The option covers your entire stay so you can make the most of it from check-in to check-out.) Price €40/day desired. ​🍽️ Gourmet Options ​🏡 All our meals are prepared in-house and delivered directly to your cottage. ​🥐 Breakfasts & Brunches: Suitable for all appetites, discover our two breakfast options or our large full sweet/savory brunch to share. ​🥂 Meals & Appetizers: Choose from our two appetizer tray packages, as well as our dishes, desserts and drinks of your choice. For total comfort, your meal can be directly set up and served at the table, waiting for you when you arrive! ​🌿 Service & Activity Options ​❤️ Romantic atmosphere: A Lovebox is available for your use with free access. There are also different boxes to choose from or the option of a romantic setting (champagne, thoughtful touches). ​🐶 Pet sitting: Service provided by myself as a professional pet-sitter. Ideal for enjoying your visits with a zen spirit. Your pets will be pampered in the cool of the gîte during your getaways or events! ​🐴 Activities with the Donkeys: Come meet the donkeys of the hamlet! Several activities are possible: walks in the forest on foot, donkey rides for children, grooming and brushing, or even a unique experience as an apprentice keeper in their natural habitat.
