TV and projector with Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. 🌿 Garden, 2 terraces, BBQ & private parking in front of the cottage in a quiet hamlet. 🎁 Basket & welcome products offered. 🐾 Pets welcome + pet care possible during your visits! 🍽️ Options: dinners, breakfast, dinners, love box... 📍 5 min A4, between Paris & Reims, 30 min Disney. The space On the ground floor, you can enjoy a bright 24 m² living room with a fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, coffee machine (espresso and filter), steamer, blender, raclette machine... and even basic food to cook with peace of mind. ¤ On the 1st floor (⚠️ steep and irregular staircase): A large 23 m² room with a double bed, a single bed, and a single mattress on the floor. A workspace equipped with office accessories, small dressing room, toys and board games. A shower room with toilet and washer-dryer available free of charge. You will have shampoo, shower gel, feminine hygiene products, first aid kit, laundry, ironing board and iron. ¤ On the 2nd floor (attic, low ceiling access): A second bedroom under the roofs (Air-conditioned) with a double bed, a single bed and a heater for an extra bed. There is a small video projector to watch movies and series. 🛏 Towels and bed linen are provided. 👶 Baby equipment available upon request (travel crib with real mattress, deckchair, changing mat, dishes, etc.). 🌿 Exteriors The exteriors are being developed, but you already have: A private terrace in front of the accommodation, a common courtyard where you can park your vehicles in particular. A garden on the other side of the courtyard with a large terrace of 20 m², table for 8 people, garden furniture, barbecue, A children's area: games, sandbox, bike, deckchairs, mini pool (upon request). ✅ Good to know ⚠️ The accommodation has steep stairs and low passages (especially to the 2nd bedroom)! 📶 Free Wi-Fi – TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ – games – welcome basket & cold drinks offered on arrival. 🚗 Private parking in the courtyard (secure reserved space). 🚭 No smoking inside. Guest access You have full and private access to the house, as well as the terrace in front of the accommodation. You also have access to: - the common courtyard, where you can park in the indicated place, children can also play there. - the 90 m² enclosed garden, shared with my house but entirely at your disposal during your stay. You can enjoy it freely with your children or pets. Check-in is done independently with a lockbox. I live nearby and remain available if needed throughout your stay. Drinks: fruit juices of your choice, milk, powdered chocolate, Ricoré, and 2 long coffee capsules (Tassimo).
