Inside, you will find three sofa beds (1 double and 2 single), two indoor hammocks for real moments of relaxation, as well as an equipped kitchen area (table, chairs, butane stove, propane refrigerator, utensils and basic tools). The wood stove creates a warm and friendly atmosphere, while the screened porch extends the space into nature, with sofas to enjoy the great outdoors away from flies and bad weather. A propane furnace provides extra comfort for cooler nights. Without electricity, you can enjoy an off-grid environment, ideal for disconnecting. An indoor dry toilet and an outdoor shower (3 seasons) complete the experience, offering simple and eco-friendly comfort. You also have a library and meditation tools to recharge your batteries and reconnect with your source, in full harmony with nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, the screened porch, and the outdoor shower. The surrounding forest land is also accessible, allowing hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. The private lake, a short walk away, is available for fishing or relaxation (no motorboats allowed). Other things to note - Bedding not included by default: For eco-responsible and logistical reasons, bedding (blankets and pillows) is not provided as standard. ➡️ A full bedding option is however available upon request when booking, at an additional cost depending on the number of people. - Off-grid environment: Two portable rechargeable battery lanterns are provided. Also provide a headlamp or an extra lantern if you wish. - Water management: Water comes from a local natural source. Two 23-liter containers are given to you upon check-in. Please use it responsibly to preserve this valuable resource. For longer stays, a resupply can be made as needed. - Dry toilet and appliances: Respect nature by following the instructions provided for the dry toilet, butane stove and wood stove. - Firewood provided: The wood for the stove comes partly from the surrounding forest, in an environmentally friendly approach. - Low cellular network: The signal is sometimes insufficient inside, but you can pick it up outside the house. - Grocery store nearby: A grocery store is 17 km away (Le Bic).
