Welcome to our cozy home in downtown Greensburg, PA, where old-world charm meets modern comfort. Nestled in a historic neighborhood dating back to the early 1800s, we’ve preserved many original features, including skeleton key locks, beautifully restored bath tub, and old school wood trim, adding character to the space. Located just minutes from Seton Hill University, Pitt at Greensburg, The Palace Theatre, and St. Vincent College, it's perfect for exploring the area's local attractions. Includes ceiling fan, large dresser & mirror, blackout shades and two huge closets. BEDROOM 2: Queen Bed with Casaluna linens, includes ceiling fan, blackout shades, full length mirror and a large closet. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip coffeemaker & pourover setup, tea kettle, air fryer, cooking essentials, gas oven, & spices, baking pans, cutting boards and more. Full size fridge & freezer. Dining room table for 4. BAR CART: Relax and enjoy your stay with our full bar cart complimentary to our guests. LIVING SPACE: Spacious U-Shaped Sofa Couch sits behind a 65 inch TV with Roku for Netflix and others. You can also stream to it with Apple Airplay from your own device. AIR PURIFICATION: If you have a sensitive system, a dedicated Honeywell air purifier is present in the living room. It has patented ifD® high performance filters that help it capture up to 99.9% of the following microscopic airborne particles: dust, pollen, pet dander, dust mites & debris. WORKSPACE: There is a desk with a lamp and surge strip setup in the living room for you to get some work done, perfect for a laptop, tablet or iPad. GENERAL: Includes linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, free-to-use washer/dryer in the basement with complimentary detergent and softener. You're close to supermarkets, gas stations and everything you need if you need to pick up any last minute items! Pack 'n' Play available upon request. This property has two exterior security cameras overlooking the entry doors. Both cameras face outwards, and do not look into the interior spaces. This helps keep our little house safe. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house and backyard with the exception of the maintenance/cleaning room in the basement! Other things to note This home isn't suitable for someone who is handicapped as there are stairs. There is a basement (laundry), first floor (living and kitchen) and second floor (bedrooms and bathroom). This home is unsuitable for animals and due to insurance restrictions and my allergies we do not allow any animals. Outdoor furniture is brought in during the cold months.
