On the first floor, accessible by two flights of stairs, there are three bedrooms (two with three beds and one with two beds), two bathrooms, two dining rooms, and a kitchenette. One of the dining rooms boasts a large wood-burning fireplace for convivial evenings. Outside, there is a large gazebo for outdoor meals, grill area and spacious parking. The town can only be reached by own means of transport, ideal for exploring Umbria. Guest access Guests have access to the first floor of the farmhouse, where the three bedrooms are located, two dining rooms, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. They can freely use the outdoor area, equipped with a gazebo for alfresco lunches or dinners, a barbecue area and a large square with parking. The farmhouse is independent, ensuring privacy and a complete immersion in the tranquility of Umbrian nature. Other things to note 🔥 Comfort and Unique Atmosphere🔥 The house is heated with an efficient LPG system, guaranteeing an always welcoming environment. LPG gas consumption for heating will be measured in cubic meters, detected on the meter upon arrival and departure of the guest. The fee is €5 per cubic meter. Also if you want to make the atmosphere even more special using the fireplace, the wood (it is not included in the rental cost) is available upon request with a reimbursement of €5.00 per load, calculated on the capacity of the transport wheelbarrow. For bookings longer than 30 days, water and electricity consumption are not included in the rental price and will be calculated according to the cubic meters consumed at a cost of €3.50 per cubic meter for water and €1.00 per kW for electricity.
