The cottage has two ground floor single bedrooms together with a sitting room with dining area looking onto the walled garden. The cottage has been modernised to ensure comfortable accommodation whilst retaining its original character. The local area has many golf course including Minnigaff’s 18 hole course and the Cally Palace parkland course at Gatehouse of Fleet which was designed by the well-known golf architect Tom Macaulay, the parkland course has wonderful views of Cardoness Castle, Rutherford's Monument and the Fleet Estuary.
