Detached house in a quiet area.

From this central accommodation, the whole group has easy access to whatever it may be. 1-3 guests have access to 1 bathroom 2nd floor. 4-6 guests have access to the bathroom downstairs as well. Locked rooms are not available. Barbecue area available if the season allows it. 10 min walk to the city center or train station. Quiet area. The space 1st floor: Large hallway. Large bathroom with toilet and large bathtub. Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack, etc. Living room with dining table and 6 chairs. Sofa with TV. Kitchen with all amenities and kitchen table with 4 chairs. 2nd floor: sofa with TV. Bathroom with toilet and shower. 3 bedrooms. 2 of them have beds that can be pulled out and made into a double bed. The last bedroom has a fixed double bed (180). Outside: space both in front and behind the house. Possibility to grill and use outdoor furniture during the season. 3 heat lamps on the back where the furniture is. Guest access The whole house except for the storage room on the 2nd floor and the bathroom downstairs. 4-6 guests have access to the bathroom downstairs. Parking for 3 cars. Other things to note Drawers and cabinets in bathroom and bedroom are private. Access to everything in the living room/kitchen/laundry room. If you need instructions for the washing machine and dishwasher, this is sent by SMS. Food not available, but spices. Bed linen is to be removed and placed in the laundry room. Garbage is emptied and placed in the garbage can outside. Towels are also included and placed on the beds. I usually respond on short notice.
