Welcome to the Groovy In-laws Suite! Discover a unique retreat in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom basement apartment, complete with a versatile workout room or office. This charming suite features a private “walk-out” entrance located down (13 gradual steps) towards the side of the property, offering a laid back, secluded atmosphere. Nestled on 3 acres in a relaxed, wooded neighborhood off Hwy 61, you’ll enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature. The space We’re conveniently close to local attractions like Aquila Barn, Eagle Fork Pumpkin Patch, and Indian Camp Creek Park. Our Groovy In-laws Suite is designed to be both funky and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for family and friends to gather. With approximately 1600 square feet of space, it includes two luxurious king-size beds and plenty of room to unwind. We have a well stocked kitchen with coffee and spices for our guests convenience. We hope to share our hospitality with you. Other things to note Our busy family of five lives upstairs with our two wonderful toddlers. We hope their occasional running around doesn’t disturb your stay. To ensure a restful sleep, we provide white noise machines and ear plugs in both bedrooms, catering to different preferences and needs.
