The space Nestled north of Coolin and east of Coolin Marina, this captivating home provides ample space for relaxation, with easy access to Priest Lake. A split-level design boasts a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and cozy gas fireplace, perfect for recounting adventure tales. The kitchen accommodates extensive meal preparations, ideal for ravenous friends after trail discoveries. Two main-floor bedrooms with queen sized beds feature generous closets, accompanied by a full bath in the hall with primary bedroom access. Additional sleeping quarters downstairs include four twin bunk beds and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed with another full bath in the hall. Enjoy a short distance to local shops, marina and eateries. Located just north of Chase Lake that offers fishing, off roading and snow mobile trails for your enjoyment There is an automatic generator at the home that will turn on incase of loss of power. There is two RV spots the people down the road rent out if you need additional space for your friends and family With so many activities in the Priest Lake area, this home is perfect for all seasons! WATER SPORTS Priest Lake offers 70 miles of shoreline and a wide variety of water activities. Resorts and marinas offer boat rentals, kayak, canoe, pontoon rentals and gas. SNOWMOBILING Come to Priest Lake, Idaho to enjoy the best in North Idaho snowmobiling. We offer 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and unlimited powder bowls, great for families and the avid riders. Rental machines available nearby. New groomed 30 mile trail from Coolin to Schweitzer! HIKING Priest Lake is a hiker's paradise where one can easily escape to the solitude and beauty of Mother Nature. Guest access The guest have full use of the home and there is space to park 4 vehicles tandem in the garage and driveway as well as a truck and trailer in front of the house on the road in the summer but unfortunately not in the winter due to the snow plowing Other things to note Unfortunately we do not have garbage service at most homes here at the lake so we ask guests to haul their garbage to the Dickensheet dump on their way back to town. There is a $20 fee cash or check as of December 1st, 2025 We appreciate your understanding as the remoteness of the lake is what people love but it also makes it difficult to get services up here.
