The space Our property is an ideal choice for both remote workers and vacationers. With a reliable, high-speed internet connection, you can stay connected and productive throughout your stay. Plus, in the event of a power interruption, you’ll have peace of mind with our automatic generator, ensuring uninterrupted comfort. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our 15.3-meter private swimming pool, offering complete privacy and comfort. The residence is located in a tranquil area, free from unnecessary noise, providing the perfect environment to unwind or focus on work. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our home offers everything you need for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Guest access 1. Entertainment Netflix Access: All three televisions are equipped with Netflix, so feel free to unwind with your favorite shows and movies. 2. Transportation Options Scooter Rentals: For your convenience, we offer both a car and a scooter for rent directly onsite. These are perfect for exploring the area. Please ask at check-in for rental details, availability, and rates. 3. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: You can check in anytime after 2 PM. Check-Out: Check-out time is by 10 AM. Please be mindful of this time to allow us to prepare for the next guest. 4. Housekeeping Services Housekeeping: Regular cleaning services are not included during your stay. However, if you'd like housekeeping services, there is an additional charge per cleaning. Please notify us in advance if you'd like to arrange for this service during your stay. Other things to note Smoking is outside only, if smoking in the house. 10K fee will be charged. Dogs are possible with prior agreement, but must be house broken and never allowed in the pool, all excrement picked up by the guest, my staff does not pick up after dogs, an outside party will be brought in for an additional charge of 5k. We want to allow guests with dogs, we’re pet friendly just ask you to be responsible and clean up after them..respect the house and the guests after you. Thanks
