It is a comfortable, cool and well-lit space, ideal for resting after a day of work or sightseeing. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, a minibar and a microwave for greater comfort. The area is quiet and safe, with easy parking in a private garage and convenient entrances/exits for guests. Perfect for travelers looking for privacy, cleanliness, and a pleasant, hassle-free stay. Guest access Guests have access to the upstairs terrace, equipped with a living room, table and good air flow to relax in the afternoons. It is a comfortable and practical space. Smoking is allowed on the terrace; we only ask you to please deposit the ash and butts in the terrace's dumpster, not in the room's, to keep the space fresh and odor-free (The tile has some aesthetic details that do not affect its use.) 🐾 Policies and considerations Pets are allowed (extra cost) For safety reasons, the room is not suitable for children, as it is located on the top floor and access is via stairs There is no kitchen Self check-in with lockbox During your stay I am a friendly and talkative person, but I fully respect my guests' privacy. If we coincide during your stay, I will gladly greet you and make sure everything is fine, but I will never be invasive. You can contact me at any time through the app; I respond quickly and will do my best to help you. If you need anything right away, you can also ring the bell or call me from the house and I'll be happy to help My work hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., so I usually sleep early (between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m.). Even so, if you have an emergency, feel free to wake me up; I will gladly support you. Other things to note To ensure that the suite is impeccable for each guest, it is important to respect the check-in and check-out times. The cleaning person arrives at 1:00 p.m. to get everything ready in time for the next check-in at 3:00 p.m. I really appreciate your support in maintaining an organized operation and always providing a clean and comfortable space. For everyone's safety, please close the room, the main gate and the garage (as applicable) every time you leave. It is also important to scramble the numbers on the lockbox when taking or leaving the keys. Thank you for helping to keep the space safe!
