Located in the heart of the Piedmont hills and surrounded by vineyards, hazelnut trees, and regenerating silence, our interiors blend vintage furniture with elegant details, creating an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The property was designed for sustainable tourism: thermal insulation, solar energy, natural materials, eco-friendly products, and zero single-use plastic. Every detail respects the environment and enhances the beauty of the landscape. You’ll find a relaxation area outdoors with a hammock, loungers, and picnic baskets for aperitifs in the open air — ideal at sunset or under the stars. Guest access From the main road, you’ll reach the farmhouse via a short and convenient gravel path — easily accessible with any vehicle. The suite is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and is accessed via a shared staircase with the apartment where my partner and I live. ➾ Check-in time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM ➾ Check-out time: by 11:00 AM The farmhouse doors are equipped with keyless entry codes, which are changed for each stay. This allows for flexible arrival times; however, within 24 hours of your arrival, we are required to meet you in person for ID/passport verification and to complete the check-in process. Other things to note By choice, no air conditioning system has been installed: the historic architecture of the farmhouse, with its thick stone walls and natural materials, keeps the interior pleasantly cool even during the warmest months. In the evening, the fresh country air flowing through the windows creates a truly authentic and refreshing atmosphere, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. Guests are welcome to explore the private hazelnut groves, ideal for peaceful walks. If you’re traveling with pets, we kindly suggest keeping them on a leash, as the land is open and unfenced. The farmhouse is completely immersed in nature, surrounded by hazelnut trees and woodland. On occasion, you may even spot local wildlife, adding a magical and authentic touch to your stay.
