The space This property is your ideal retreat if you're seeking a peaceful and private stay in a central location, just a a few doors down from the popular Stuart Park, leading to the vibrant beach and all that North Beach has to offer. Your main Queen bedroom, tucked away on the first floor, offers a serene escape with an ensuite and private balcony overlooking Fairy Creek and a neighbouring garden. Your second Queen bedroom has a balcony overlooking the tree-lined yard. In the cosy 3rd bedroom you'll find comfortable twin beds. All bedrooms have reverse-cycle airconditioning for year-round comfort. This is strictly a non-smoking property, inside and out, including balconies, courtyards, driveway and all common spaces. Please note, this property is not suitable for pets. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive access to the house: three bedrooms, all bathrooms and all living areas. The garage is not presently available for parking. There is one visitor space for a standard car/SUV/4WD (no trailers, large vans etc), shared with a neighbour but nearly always available. There is free 24/7 parking on all the surrounding streets. Other things to note The house is located down a long driveway behind 3 neighbouring townhouses, offering rare privacy for an inner-city suburb. The location brings with it a responsibility to please be mindful of the neighbours' right to enjoy the property without excessive noise or intrusion.
