Welcome to Muriel and Ludo's home! Located close to the beaches, a quiet and green place, this single-story house is ideal for a family (2 adults and 2 children). Enjoy an outdoor area with a barbecue and sun loungers to relax, while the children have fun with the games available. Many hiking or biking trails will allow you to discover the surrounding natural landscapes. A relaxing and friendly stay awaits you! The space Bungalow offering you all the comforts for a pleasant stay: - Equipped kitchen: Everything you need to cook independently is present (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle...) No DISHWASHER - Bring your dish towels - Cozy living room with NON-CONVERTIBLE sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, buffet with board games for convivial moments. - Separate toilet - Bathroom: Shower, washing machine, furniture with laundry bin, hair dryer, ironing table, iron, first aid kit TOWELS NOT PROVIDED AND TOILETRIES - Bedroom 1 for adults: 160 by 200 bed, dressing room and dressing table - Bedroom 2 for small children (MAX 10 YEARS): Children's bunk bed with small lamp, reading corner, games and coloring. Linens are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival. - Exterior: BBQ, garden furniture and sun loungers to relax on a terrace covered with synthetic grass. The listing is located in a homestay, in a private courtyard with motorized gate and private location To make your stay more enjoyable, we put at your disposal coffee, tea, as well as jam, nutella to start the day well. You will also find basic necessities (oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, etc.) as well as cleaning products (dishwashing product, disinfectant wipes, toilet paper, paper towels) to facilitate your installation upon arrival. A green park is also available to relax and stroll. Guest access Private entrance. Access via a secure portal welcomes you. You can park your car in a private courtyard safely. Check-in and check-out with the host present. The park is accessible only when we are present and until 7:00 p.m. Outside of these hours or in our absence, access to the park is not possible. Please supervise children when they play in the courtyard (frequent soccer balls) to avoid any risk with parked vehicles. Other things to note The house, being located in the heart of the Authie Valley, close to the Abbey of Valloire, the Côte d'Opale and the Somme Bay, it allows you to easily explore the area: - Montreuil (15 min): charming medieval city with ramparts and picturesque alleys - Le Touquet (30 min): beaches, dunes and exceptional landscapes to discover on foot or by bike - Berck Beach (20 min): vast expanse of sand ideal for walks and kites - Bay of Somme (30 min): discover its beaches, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, Le Crotoy and the Marquenterre Park - Laby'Parc du Touquet (25 min): leisure park in the heart of nature, perfect for children - Bagatelle (30 min): family amusement park with rides and shows - Nausicaa (50 min): marine environment discovery center in Boulogne Sur Mer, the largest aquarium in Europe. Many hiking trails are accessible nearby to enjoy the surrounding nature.
