Number 59 is in a peaceful spot at the end of a cul de sac with lovely views. The garden has seating for outdoor dining and there is parking for one car at the rear and street parking too. There is a small play area very close by. Number 59 is a perfect place to relax and enjoy lovely Lyme Regis. The space A very comfortable house on two floors. There is one double bedroom with views over the countryside and a further single bedroom with views over the sea. Guest access The whole house is available to guests which includes one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a bathroom, sitting room, kitchen and pretty garden. Other things to note The house is about a 15 minute walk down to the beach. The walk home takes a little longer as there is a hill up!!
