This first-floor flat offers three cozy bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room and dining area and thoughtfully arranged interiors that makes you feel like home. Each bedroom features comfortable bedding and ample storage. The kitchen balcony, doubling as a furnished outdoor lounge and is the perfect spot to start your day with a fresh coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine. Shared BBQ-garden. As of January 2025, the Greek Tax Authority has imposed "environmental tax". This tax for our property is a) from November to April 2 euros/per night and b) from April to November 8 euros/night and is added to the price of the accommodation. Other things to note You can use the barbecue, trampoline and garden in consultation with the other tenants, as it is a shared space. However, please respect the quiet hours which are between 15:00 and 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00. If you want to use the barbecue facility, you must send your request.
