Thatched-roof end-of-row townhouse. Living space approx. 80 m², accommodates up to 6 people + 1 baby, in a quiet and idyllic location. Linen set (for up to 2 people)Body wash, laundry detergent, and 4 rolls of toilet paper are included in the basic amenities free of charge. Linen set for 3rd person or more, €25.00/person, is not an option! All utilities such as gas, water and electricity are included! In the high season only arrivals and departures on Saturday!! A lockable bicycle shed is available! We also speak English et parle Francais. The space Our accommodation on the Puddeminer Wiek is flooded with light from the beginning to the end of the year. This cozy feeling remains unchanged even in winter, and in the evening through the fireplace. The spacious in-house property is also available to the guest for further development. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, an Internet radio, a DVD player, Wi-Fi/LAN, a fireplace and a cozy ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom includes a large shower where you can comfortably devote yourself to the wet element and where underfloor heating is available for your well-being. The fireplace must be cleaned independently after use and left as such. For extra cleaning fees (uncleaned dishes, dirty stove/oven, etc.), our cleaning service charges an extra fee for extra expenses, which must then be paid by the guest! For the Internet radio, please only use the preset stations and think of the next guest! The house rules on site must be observed! Up to 2 dogs are welcome! The dog is not allowed in the beds. If the dog causes excessive soiling in the house, there will be an additional €60 cleaning fee! For babies, a high chair + extra bed (without mattress) is available.
