With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch. The space The apartment spans 110m² and is on the first floor (above ground level). The building is newly constructed, with less than 6 years of age, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay.
