We provide a stocked kitchenette to make meals quick and easy. So many restaurants to eat at in the Village. This is a non/smoking home. Any smoking or vaping must happen outside. No pets allowed. Guest access You have full private access to the suite, outdoor living space, backyard and free parking for 1 car in the driveway. Please park to the far right side of the garage. The stairs to the suite are on the left to take you on the lower floor. If you arrive after dark, there are automatic sensor lights will come on. There are also hanging lights you can leave on. Other things to note Please do not disturb the tenant upstairs about anything regarding your stay. He is living his best Tellico Village life! There is no access to do laundry. If needed, there is a launder-mat in Vonor or Lenoir’s City.
