It has a main bedroom with a full bathroom and bathtub, another room which can be TV or sleeping, as it has a sofa bed that can fit another person. Equipped with a kitchen with indoor dining and a breakfast area in the patio. And a very enjoyable backyard! The space It's a lower apartment of a house, conditioned with all services independently. The property is inside a gated community, you have to pass by the security guard and show an ID. It has its own independent access entering through the patio that is in front of the house. The garden you see in the photos is private for this apartment only. It has 1 parking space right in front of the house. This parking area is shared with the apartment above, which has another parking spot. You have a convenience store (OXXO) very close; walking distance. The largest mall in the city is very close by, you could walk or take the bus right outside the gated community. In the surroundings you’ll find many options to eat, as well as options for doing family sports and hiking. Guest access You can use all areas of the accommodation. It includes one parking space in front of the property. Please note that to enter the accommodation you must go down one flight of stairs. There is no ramp. Do not park on the street. If you need to park another car, you must do so in the visitor parking area or around the green area of the gated community. Other things to note Flying drones is not allowed on the property or within the neighborhood; the neighborhood association will penalize anyone who does so.
