The space Our personal residence is located at the front of the property, the studio is located down a side path on the left side. As a guest you have access to a large undercover bbq area that overlooks the pool. The studio is open plan with a lounge, dining, fully stocked kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom Guest access The studio is located at the back of our property, when guests are staying they have personal use of the pool and lawn area that is separated from the main house. You will see there is a cute caravan in this space, we use it to store items so we ask you don’t attempt to enter the caravan. Other things to note Oxley train station and shops is a 20min walk away. We are located just a short jump from the Ipswich highway which makes getting around very quick and easy.
