Historical centre (3min walk to RUSTAVELI ave)

apartment is located in the old district of city center, only 3 minute walk to the subway station Rustaveli at historical Kakabadzeebi st.(inventor of a 3Dcamera).The location is perfect as you don’t need any public transport, you can walk everywhere! It's semi-BASEMENT(!), with windows. The house has status of cultural heritage ( built at the end of 19th century). You will have a private entrance, airco, kitchenette, microwave, iron, fridge, private bathroom, cosy room and TOP location. The space Feel yourself like at home! Guest access Entire apartment will be in your accommodation. Other things to note 1) Dear guests, please take into account, that this is budget apartment, which is located half in the ground, though it has windows and dehumidifier there may be some specific smell (because some guests turn off the dehumidifier because of noise); 2) Dehumidifier is noisy, of course you can turn it off at night; 3) Some wires fall out of walls easily (after fixing them 20 times), please do not use too much force when unplugging; 4) The street is quit lively (although it is not avenue), children play outside and the apartment windows are located at ground level someone can easily look through (there are curtains of course); 5) There are repair works very often in Tbilisi, so sometimes there is water or electricity off, of course I will warn you beforehand; 6) It is great option for short stays;
