A peaceful and comfortable retreat just about 5-7 minutes walk from Hapjeong Station, perfect for enjoying the best of Seoul. The space is thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing stay while keeping you close to the city’s vibrant attractions. Explore nearby hotspots like Hongdae Street all within walking distance. With easy access to central Seoul, Gangnam, and beyond via Hapjeong Station, getting around the city is a breeze. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and local charm. The space The space features a queen-size bed and a super single bed, making it comfortable for up to 3 guests. Please take off your shoes before entering the room. Each bedroom is equipped with remote-controlled lighting, allowing you to adjust the brightness and color to match your mood. All is washed with eco-friendly detergent and aromatic oils are used during drying, leaving a herbal fragrance. Feel free to use all the amenities provided during your stay. There are no residential spaces above or below the accommodation, and even on the same floor, the units are separated by an outdoor corridor. Therefore, noise during your stay is unlikely to be a major issue. However, we kindly ask you to refrain from making loud noises that might disturb the neighbors. Pets are always welcome! If your furry friend is trained for outdoor potty breaks, there’s a small garden on the ground floor they might enjoy. All extra fees for pets will be donated to an abandoned dog shelter. Update on July 18, 2025 Blackout curtains have been installed in both bedrooms :) Guest access The entire apartment and the public space on the 5th floor. Other things to note Check-in is available after 4 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. If the room is ready earlier, I will let you know via message. In addtion, if there are no other bookings on the same day, I’m happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, please let me know and I will confirm you a day before your check-in/out date. Before checking out, please make sure to close all the windows and turn off the air conditioner, boiler, and indoor lights. You can leave the building entrance card key on the table. Thank you! -- Parking space is available for one vehicle. If you drive a sedan, the guest has to park in a mechanical parking lot. Other vehicles such as SUVs are not allowed to be parked. [Specifications for compatibilty with the Mechanical Parking System] Length: 5.05m or less Width: 1.85m or less Height: 1.55m or less Weight: 1,850kg or less — Additional bedding is provided for stays longer than one week. Please place the used bedding in the basket provided and leave it in front of the door; we will replace it with fresh bedding. If you would like to request cleaning and bedding replacement, please let us know at least two days in advance. An additional cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will apply for this service. The cleaning will take approximately three hours, and we will inform you of the schedule upon request.
