For guests bringing horses for shows, you're welcome to use the back 1 acre fenced area for your horse along with your own mobile trailer/barn. The land does not have a usable barn but is full of grass. Other things to note No pets allowed. No carpets throughout the home, all luxury vinyl plan and tile flooring. The home uses an Aerobic septic system that sprays in the large front yard. Please do not throw harsh chemicals or sanitary wipes down the toilet.
