Enjoy the convenience of being close to local shops, churches, offices, schools and grocery stores, SM mall and restaurants, (5-15 mins drive and 15-20mins walk). Home Sweet Home: Embrace Comfort in Every Visit. The space This is a two-story property. One of the sibling-owners resides on the first floor (you won't see them most often) and one rental bunker/barkada or family room. The entire second-floor level is a rental house as well with (three rental rooms with attached full bath on each room) Only guests share upstairs access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio, heading to your room. (Though it has stairs going down to the main house but, is only accessible for rental owner, for PWD and emergency use or exit only.) Guest access Go to the main entrance gate, going to the side hallway with the "Airbnb" sign, use the stairs heading to second floor, and look for your lock box to access your room. Other things to note AC in the living room is not included ( it is for family use only or if prefer to use we charge extra for electric Utility ) but we have electric fan/fans in the living and dining room. if you need more electric fan or prefer to avail usage of AC in the living room pls ask.
