The space This single-storey house (48 m2) includes: - a living room equipped with a 2-seater sofa and a TV, - an equipped kitchen (stovetop, hood, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, etc.) - an individual toilet, - a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) - a bathroom with walk-in shower, heated balneotherapy bathtub for 2 people, - a garden (being refreshed) Linens are provided: towels, gloves, tea towels, bed sheets. Bathrobes can be provided (on request at an additional cost of €5). Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. Guest access Self check-in (via a lockbox), or hosted, at your convenience. Other things to note The village of Pinterville has a beautiful church, a castle and a greenway. This countryside has several associations including the association of former Pinterville drivers who can exhibit vintage cars every 2nd Sunday of the month, the Pintervillaise sports association which organizes every 1st of May "the Pintervillaise stride". The advantage of this place also lies in its location: 2 min from Acquigny and its castle, 5 min from Louviers, 20 min from Val de Reuil train station, 25 min from Evreux, 30 min from Rouen, 35 min from Giverny, 1 h from Paris.
