Welcome to our Bungalow, it is located at the end of a private drive, on the outskirts of sunny Bognor, 200 yards away is the Pink Pub, and local shops. Bus stop opposite drive taking you to Bognor if you don’t fancy a 30min walk, and Chichester in the other direction. Goodwood and Fontwell are just a short drive away. The property it fully secured with electric gate which you will have a pass code, along with cameras front and rear or house The space You will be sharing a very modern spacious kitchen, with help yourself tea and coffee making facilities, wine cooler, Ninja air fryer etc A large dining and lounge area with two comfy love chairs and large screen TV, and for those long winter nights a multi fuel log burner. Two double bedrooms with TVs showing Netflix, and large walk in shower Guest access Guest can use all facilities in the kitchen apart from the wine in the cooler, and have there own dedicated lounge / dining room area with tv Total access to garden area BBQ and hot tub ( Hot tub time restrictions to 10pm) During your stay We will probably be around should you need us, or can be contacted via mobile Other things to note We are a dog friendly home with two small quiet dogs. Check in and out times could be flexible
