Located on the very shore of the lake, in the immediate vicinity of the forest, with a panoramic view, it offers a unique atmosphere and a number of amenities that will ensure an unforgettable holiday. Our house is a guarantee of rest in the vicinity of nature. It is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends or couples looking for a unique place for a weekend, holiday or special occasion. The space The house has three bedrooms with sleeping accommodations: Room 1 – double bed, 160 cm x 200 cm Room No. 2 – 2 single beds that can be joined, plus an extra bed Room 3 – double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) + crib; this room also has a desk for working There is a collapsed sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with a bathtub, downstairs bathroom with a shower The house has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction stovetop, and a coffee maker. Guest access The home is for the exclusive use of guests. There are 6 more vacation rentals on the property. Guests can use the private dock and the beach. The access to the lake is directly from the property. Guests can use the water equipment located by the dock free of charge, provided they wear a life jacket. Water sports equipment is available from June to August. Other things to note Access to the hot tub and sauna is subject to an additional charge, as per the price list available on site.
