Centrally located base for your Cape Town Stay

Located centrally in the Eclipse Building, the apartment is walking distance from the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, Promenade, Green Point Park, and the city. The apartment is the perfect place to set up base as a couple, solo, or business traveler. Practical, comfortable and secure, you will have all the necessary amenities to provide you with an enjoyable stay. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, this apartment makes your stay even more convenient! The space The spacious studio apartment is located on the ground floor and just mere steps from the swimming pool. Guest access I am available as and when guests need me. I am always at anytime happy to assist with any recommendations, suggestions or assistance. I also live in the building should any emergencies arise. Other things to note NB!!! Unfortunately South Africa is dealing with rolling blackouts on a scheduled basis. This means that power outages are scheduled for up to 2hrs at a time, and sometimes up to 4hrs at a time, mainly early morning and late evening. Unfortunately we do not have a back up generator in the building to mitigate this. Load shedding is an unfortunate reality for the country that affects every single household and business. Although there is a TV, guest are required to use their own streaming accounts in order to make use of the TV. THERE IS NO FREE STREAMING ACCOUNT FOR GUESTS TO USE. Please do not use the towels to wipe or clean make up, if any stains are found on the towels or linen, we will unfortunately be required to submit a request for reimbursement.
