Holiday home with pool and cats

This house has a very particular vibe and style. Every corner of the house feels different and entertaining. The space The house is situated in a pocket street with other 9 similar houses. Each one of them with a very unique style, and its own privacy. It has a very spacious entrance, with glass door and lots of windows to welcome the light in. The property has 2.5 floors. The entrance is situated in the middle floor, together with a cloakroom, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom(normally is a single bed but can be turned into a double, but it will cover most of the room space), laundry room and a common bathroom. Large wooden stairs takes you up to the top floor where we got a stunning open space living room and chicken. We've been renovating the property for several months now and we still got a few things to finish, for example, the curtains in the living room. In sunny days the living room can get a bit warm, but never unbearable. The property is well designed to have total privacy from neighbors, you can't be seen from any of the windows in the whole property. The living room has a large terrace and balcony, which is ideal for dining al fresco. This is an upside down property, therefor most of the bedrooms are downstairs. We've got two single bed bedrooms and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The garden is very big, designed to have different levels and different vibes. There is a pond with fish and water lilies, a green house, a few sheds, dining table and chairs, vegetable patch and an outdoor private heated swimming pool. We do ask our guests to have in writing that they take full responsibility if using the pool, because we are not covered on our house insurance. The property is next to Stevenage Golf Course, to which we have direct access from our garden gate. The golf house is aware of this access, they kindly ask the guests to make their way to the house to register before playing. This same path takes you to the closest town of Knebworth. We hope you have a wonderful and relaxing stay in our home 😊 Below are a few important notes to help keep everything in great condition for you and future guests. Pool • If you use the pool daily, please clean it each day as well. It can get dirty quite easily, especially if used with bare feet, as there is limited patio space around it. • We currently don’t have the electric pool hoover, so cleaning needs to be done with the brush/manual hoover provided. • We’re happy to send you a short instruction video on request. • Please make sure the pool is covered after each use. • The pool settings are pre-set — there’s no need to adjust anything. • We recommend wearing outdoor footwear around the pool area. • Please also be mindful of the small hooks around the pool — they are for the winter cover. Garden & Outdoor Area Our house is still undergoing renovation, so we kindly ask for some extra care, especially in the garden. • Some patio tiles are slightly uneven. • A few tiles around the pond may feel loose. • The wooden swing is old, so please use it with extra care. Kitchen • The induction hob is fairly new, so please be gentle when placing pans on it to avoid scratches. Thank you very much for your understanding and care. Other things to note Guests have to feed our two cats, twice a day, and make sure they stay inside the house at night.
