Every detail was chosen intentionally, preserving the soul of the space while adding modern comforts. The original 100+-year-old hardwood floors have been lovingly restored, and the soaring ceilings, arched stained-glass windows, and remnants of the past create an atmosphere unlike any other. Each suite is designed with privacy in mind, featuring its own bathroom, shower, and sink. The common area is cozy and welcoming, with multiple sitting spaces, quiet nooks, and a well-equipped kitchen and coffee bar. Guest access As a gentle reminder of our house rules, please be aware that all occupants must be registered guests. Enjoy the privacy of both suites along with exclusive access to the indoor common seating area, creating a spacious and comfortable retreat just for you. Lockable interior doors ensure complete privacy. You’ll access your suite via a smart key entry, programmed with a code unique to you. Each suite features a lockable door and a private en-suite bathroom with shower. The patio-style deck is a shared space with Master Suite and reserved exclusively for registered guests, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. Other things to note Bowden is a lovely and peaceful town with a unique charm. Its central location offers easy access to many other nearby communities and their attractions. Not to be alarmed, but Bowden sounds a noon SIREN each day. Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the north seating area or away from the building. Smoking is prohibited on the deck and in the building itself. This is not a young child (12+, please) or pet-friendly rental.
