The cozy apartment is in the center of Emden: within walking distance of the city center, the green Emder Wallanlagen, as well as the most beautiful walking and waterways on the Emder Siel. The space The centrally and quietly located 3-room apartment was modernized in 2024 & furnished with a lot of love. In addition to the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, the spacious garden invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation to the fullest and leave everyday life behind you. The space The 75 m² apartment has a light-flooded living room with a fully equipped kitchen and central dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay. The master bedroom is quiet and has a smart TV. The double bed has electrically adjustable slatted frames. The second - also large - bedroom is accessible through the living room. Both double beds have branded mattresses from Emma. The spacious garden invites you to relax on the sun lounger, read on the terrace or have breakfast outdoors. A charcoal grill is available for a cozy barbecue event. Of course, the terrace can be used all year round, but please note that due to the North Sea weather, we prepare our terrace from May to September and prepare it for time outdoors. The large smart TV, equipped with Waipu TV and Netflix, offers a comprehensive entertainment program. You have the option to watch all the usual cable channels via HD, optionally the TV has all streaming services that you can easily log into. Many cozy seats and free Wi-Fi offer the opportunity to work from the home office if necessary. Free parking is available right in front of the house and along the street.
