The space Villa Frednes is a grand mansion from 1905 in central Porsgrunn, designed by architect Haldor Larsen Børve for the wealthy shipowner Jørgen Christian Knudsen, best known as the owner of the sailing ship Skomvær. Ideal for professionals working at Herøya Industrial Park, Villa Frednes is just 2 kilometers—a 20-30 minute walk—offering a historic retreat in Porsgrunn’s city center. The building is constructed in the Neoclassical Renaissance style, featuring elaborate decorations with Corinthian columns.
