Please do not bring additional guests into the apartment during your stay without permission and prior approval Check-in/Check-out Check-in and check-out times are flexible with prior arrangement. Please let me know if you need to adjust these times in advance. Parking Please be aware of parking restrictions: Monday to Friday: No parking between 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm. Outside of these hours, parking is free. Ensure you are parked within the designated rules to avoid fines. Noise & Respect for Others Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evening, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the household. Communication If you have any questions, need extra towels, or anything else during your stay, feel free to reach out to me. I work from home and am usually around if you need assistance. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Kitchen Use Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen. Please clean up after yourself and ensure all dishes and appliances are returned to their proper places. Feel free to enjoy the selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates available. Family-Friendly Environment We are a family-friendly home, and we kindly ask that you respect this by keeping any noise or mess to a minimum. Toys and books for children (aged 2 to 5) are available in the living room. Cleaning & Tidy Up Please leave the room tidy before you check out. Place used towels in the bathroom and dispose of any trash in the designated bins. Use of Garden The garden area is available for you to relax in. Guest access Access to Common Areas You are welcome to use the following shared spaces during your stay: Living Room: Feel free to relax and enjoy the TV and entertainment options. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and available for your use. Please clean up after yourself and respect the shared space. Front and Rear Garden: You are welcome to enjoy the garden areas. Please ensure that children are supervised, especially when using the swing and slide, and leave the garden tidy. During your stay I work from home and am usually around if you need anything during your stay. If you have any questions about the local area, need extra fresh towels, or require any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. However, I usually respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy the space. I’m here to help if you need me! Other things to note Damages & Destructive Behavior Any damage to the property, whether intentional or accidental, will result in charges for repairs or replacements. You will be responsible for the cost of any damages caused during your stay. Aggressive or Disruptive Behavior Aggressive behavior, violence, or any form of disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. If any such behavior occurs, your stay will be terminated immediately without refund. Drug Use or Drunken Behavior The use of illegal drugs or any excessively drunken behavior is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your contract, and you will lose any remaining fees or deposits paid.
