You have a WIFI inside the villa and in the garden, the TV is equipped both with an internet and a satellite receiver for ASTRA (channels in English, German, Spanish). Also at your disposal an additional shower room, a washing machine and dryer. The ground is enclosed with a wall and there is enough space for three cars. You will dispose of the whole property for your stay. Prior to handing over the keys a deposit of 1000 € is requested to be paid by wire transfer on the owner's account. The deposit will be fully reimbursed within 7 days maximum if no damages were caused.
