Ronan Cottage, cosy interior and stunning sea view

Ronan Cottage has stunning sea views that take your breath away. It’s the perfect property for guests seeking a tranquil and idyllic location for your stay. As you step inside you will be greeted by a beautifully presented interior that has been lovingly maintained. Our cottage exudes warmth and cosiness making it the ideal retreat in all seasons with its wood burning stove. The space Ronan Cottage is a very cosy welcoming home from home. The main room is a great sociable space with a woodburner to keep you warm. There is a handy utility to store coats and boots with a washing machine, clothes airer and iron. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower, which is brand new for 2026! Both bedrooms offer the most amazing sea views. You don’t even have to get out of bed to enjoy them! The bathroom has the original toilet fitting which is a slightly lower level than a modern toilet. There is no specific parking for Ronan but there are various parking spaces along the grass area on the shore side. There is a hotel/pub five minutes walk from the cottage serving meals and coffee/ cake. Lovely beer garden right next to the sea for the summer months. Just past the hotel is Mara sit in or takeaway fish bar/deli which we highly recommend. Selling local Arran Bake house bread on a Tuesday and Friday and fresh Arran Milk. Reusable bottle available at the cottage. Other things to note Please note unfortunately we are unable to take children under the age of 5 as we have no child safety measures in place such as fire guard, stair gates, etc. There is a woodburner in the lounge/ kitchen, which is the main source of heating. Wood and kindling will be left and where possible in the colder months heaters will be left on. The utility area has underfloor heating. Upstairs there are oil fired heaters in the bedroom. The closest shop is in Brodick with a large Co op close to the ferry terminal and a smaller one at the other end of the village which you also pass by on the way to Corrie.
