🏡 Welcome to Le Nid des Pros, a cozy 30 m² studio located in Jaux, at the gates of Compiègne, in a quiet and green environment. Whether you're traveling for work or visiting our beautiful region, I thought of this place so that you can feel at home, with all the comforts you need to work, rest and enjoy your stay independently. Located 10 min by car from Compiègne, the A1 motorway and the Le Meux area. The space 💎 What awaits you: - Fully independent accommodation located on the first floor of a detached house with access via an external staircase. You'll enjoy a private, quiet studio with completely independent check-in. - A well-equipped workspace (monitor, keyboard, mouse): just plug in your computer and you're ready to go 🚀 The fiber WiFi connection is fast and reliable, ideal for teleworking or business travel. - A fully equipped kitchen for cooking like at home: oven, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ☕ Philips L'Or Barista coffee machine (Nespresso-type capsules) + filter coffee machine - A comfortable double bed (140 x 190) and a sofa bed (bed linen provided for both). A folding baby cot is also available upon request (linens not provided). - A bathroom with towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer for you to use - A small welcome tray with coffee, tea, herbal teas and a few condiments for a good start to the day - A TV with Canal+ included and some books for when you want to unplug P️ A free parking space is available in the private courtyard (motorcyclists may prefer the street right in front, which is more convenient than the gravel 😉) 🔑 Self check-in using a key box. Access instructions are sent to you prior to your arrival 🕓 Check-in from 4 p.m. - Check-out by 11 a.m. I offer the following options, subject to availability: - Early check-in from 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.: €20 - Late check-out until 1:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m.: €20 📍 The accommodation is in a great location: • Jaux train station: 3 min • Le Meux: 5 min • Venette: 8 min • Compiègne city center: 10-15 min • Parc Astérix: 30 min. • Paris accessible by train in about 40 min Of course, I will be available before and during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. 🙂 Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio
