My cozy flat of 45mq is ready for you😊 in the lively neighbourhood of Madonella❤️, very close to the beach🌊and to the city promenade, provided with lots of services: - the bus station with lines 01, 02, 07, 12 e 22 (2 minutes 🚶🚶) - the supermarket and the pharmacy just around the corner - the train station (15 minutes 🚶🚶) - the city center (10 minutes 🚶🚶) - Pane e Pomodoro beach (15 minutes 🚶🚶) - San Francesco beach (by bus- bus stop 2 minutes walking) - bars & restaurants The space IMPORTANT INFO, PLEASE READ IT: ❗there isn't any WiFi, at the moment. ❗✅ the WC seat has been replaced 😊 🎉 the works upstairs have been complete! no more noise during the morning 🎇🎈 🛀💡the small bulbs of the mirror works properly as light in the bathroom. 📌📋 you'll find useful infotmation in the flat ❗ 🛁 if you need big bathrooms, ITACA is not the right place for you. Our bathroom is cozy but typically small as those in the historical centre. 🙃 ❗if you hear tap noise during the night, you can turn off the pressure tank for water in the bathroom. It's the power button in the middle. And then turn it on again, to have more water for shower. ❗❗❗The kitchen must be left cleaned, with plates washed. And please, if you cook eggs, wash plates and cutlery very well otherwise it smells bad. ❗❗❗ The flat must be left in good condition, with garbage thrown away and the fridge empty of open food. Extra cleaning will be subject to extra payment. 💲in case of reservations for 1 week, 10 euros extra for cleaning will be charged. Others: - The flat is located on the second floor (which is actually a first floor in terms of stairs) 🤗 - 🫧💧plates & cutlery that have been used must be washed and not left dirty. - 💼Luggage storage is flexible and depends on the flat availability during that day. - ⏰Check in: from 2:00 pm/ This time Is flexible and and early check-in should be asked in advance. - 🔔 Check out: by 10 am/ A later check-out should be asked in advance. - 🏡 We offer: bath towels & bed linen (1 set for each stay/ if you'd like to have more, this can be subject to additional costs). - 🥐 Breakfast: we offer a moka, otherwise there are lots of bars in the area.
