Note: One of the bedrooms is a walk-through room to the bathroom. 1st floor The space It is a large two-room apartment in an Art Nouveau house from 1906. High ceilings, open spaces and light-flooded rooms await you. The living room leads seamlessly into the first sleeping area. The kitchen and the second bedroom can be reached separately via the hallway, at the end of which there is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as four sinks with large mirrors. The apartment is on the second floor, on the hallway of which there is access to the large roof terrace especially for your personal use. Guest access The entire apartment incl. roof terrace on the 1st floor. Access to the house and apartment door via your own key. Other things to note IMPORTANT: For overnight stays in Xanten, the city charges a so-called visitor's tax for guests of €2.30 per night per adult and €1.15 per night for children. These costs are to be collected by us and paid to the municipality. In return, you will receive a visitor's card from us, which gives you attractive discounts on gastronomy, culture, sports, wellness and much more. The fee is to be paid on site either in cash or by bank transfer.
