The space This beautifully renovated, luxurious home is the perfect retreat for groups of up to 8 guests. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: two spacious rooms with queen-size beds and a third, slightly smaller room, also with a queen-size bed. There is a very comfy double sofa bed in the living room. The newly remodelled main bathroom is sleek and modern, and there’s an additional shower room with WC on the ground floor for added convenience. The open-plan ground floor seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, including two ovens (one Gaggenau), two refrigerators, a gas hob, and all the modern conveniences you’ll need. Large sliding doors open the space to a tranquil back garden with a koi pond, blending indoor and outdoor living beautifully. At the front of the house, a separate ‘quiet room’ with a bay window offers a peaceful spot to read or relax. There’s also a double sofa bed in the open-plan living area for additional guests. Enjoy fast WiFi, a TV for your streaming needs, and on-site parking for one car. This home offers the perfect mix of style, comfort, and serenity, all just a short distance from the heart of Dublin. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the fourth bedroom and the garden office, which will remain locked during your stay. You’ll enjoy full use of the kitchen, living areas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the peaceful garden, and all listed amenities. Other things to note We want you to feel right at home: On-site parking is available for one car. Fast WiFi and modern appliances throughout the house. The peaceful garden with a koi pond is perfect for relaxing (just supervise little ones near the water). Fresh linens and towels can be arranged for longer stays. A detailed house manual with helpful info (like appliance use and bin days) is provided. Just a few things to keep in mind: The fourth bedroom and garden office are not accessible to guests. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am — please be respectful of our neighbours.
