You can see the lift in Norrbacken from the plot. The cottage is old from the 19th century and located in the middle of the forest. Animals can be found in its environment. Despite the proximity to the piste, the trails and the forest, it is completely hidden, calm and peaceful. The MTB trails run adjacent to the property boundary. The stoves downstairs can be burned in. The space The house is 114 sqm divided in two floors. Downstairs there is a kitchen, bathroom (simpler standard), living room, room with sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is small, with oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The dining room can accommodate up to 10 people. The upstairs consists of a bedroom with a double bed for two people, as well as two sleeping alcoves each with a single bed (note, no doors to the single beds, but they are separated and perfect for the children in the family). A small living room with a sofa is also available upstairs. NOTE!! The toilet upstairs must not be used as it is not in good enough condition to be used. Large plot, with possibility to sit outside in nice weather. Directly adjacent to MTB trails as well as walking distance to Norrbacken, only one minute walk to the slopes. Guest access The house is good to use. NOTE!! however, not the toilet upstairs. no access to the barn or outbuilding on the property.
