Welcome to our modern and family-friendly home, where there is space for relaxation, play and quality time. Here you will find a peaceful base close to nature, forest and some of Jutland's best family experiences – with an outdoor spa, a treadmill in the garage, a large terrace and cosy common rooms in the centre of the home. Perfect for families, couples of friends or multiple generations who want comfort, experiences and togetherness in one place. The space The house is bright, modern and furnished with a focus on cosiness, togetherness and functionality. The large kitchen-living room provides the setting for shared meals and cosy evenings, while the children can play and explore both the house and the garden. Outside you will find our private enclosed garden, with a spa, a cosy terrace and a lovely garden with several relaxation areas. The garage offers the opportunity to both exercise and park your car. Perfect for families We have furnished the house with a focus on families with children and longer stays: * plenty of space for socialising * quiet surroundings * close to playgrounds and nature * family-friendly facilities * large terrace and garden To keep your stay as affordable as possible, we have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee. Therefore, we expect the house to be left in a neat and tidy condition upon departure, similar to how you would like to receive it. This includes, among other things, general tidying, washing dishes, wiping surfaces and vacuuming as needed. Of course, we take care of the thorough cleaning ourselves between guests. Guest access You'll have the place to yourself. Other things to note Duvets and pillows are available in the home. Note: Bedding and towels can be rented for DKK 50 per person. In the center of Løsning you will find two grocery stores, a bakery, 3 pizzerias, a pharmacy, a gas station, and a playground. In the forest you will find a nature playground "Skærven". From Løsning there are: 20 minutes to the nearest beach (Daugaard) 25 minutes to Givskud Zoo 30 min to Juelsminde, where there is a nice sandy beach and large playground. 35 minutes to Legoland, Lego house, Lalandia and Wow Park. 15 min drive to Vejle and Horsens 30 min drive to Fredericia and Kolding 45 min drive to Aarhus. In Horsens, it is recommended to visit Bygholm Park - a large park with trail systems, a lake and a large playground. You can also take a trip to the Prison Museum. In Vejle, Økolariet is worth a visit for all ages. There are two good swimming pools in Vejle and Horsens (DGI Vejle and Forum Horsens). In Fredericia, Madsbyparken is worth a visit. Here you will find a large playground, tarzan track, animals, mini golf, boat trip and train ride. On rainy days, you can enjoy Dino's Playland - which is a great playground. If you take the trip to Kolding, you should visit Kolding Storcenter, which is Jutland's largest shopping center. Here you will also find Leo's playground.
