Tesla's Valley – A place off the grid overlooking Velebit 🌄 Escape to a peaceful, self-sustaining cabin in the hills of Lika, Croatia — above Smiljan, the birthplace of Nikola Tesla. Surrounded by nature, powered by solar energy and overlooking the magnificent Velebit, this is a place of silence, rest and rediscovery of oneself. 🌿 What to expect: 🔋 100% solar energy (lights, USB chargers) 🚿 Fresh, potable spring water 🪵 Minimalist design for maximum peace 🌌 Clear starry sky, birdsong and silence. The space Lika house is an accommodation facility located within the Robinson Crusoe resort Teslina Dolina. The house stands on its "own feet" and consists of a bedroom for 4 people, and the upper terraces. There are sun loungers at the foot of the house. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separate facilities shared by all guests of Tesla Valley, as well as other amenities (swings around the fireplace, sun loungers...). Water for hygiene purposes is not heated. The camp has no electricity, solar lighting and batteries. Power banks are provided. Lika house also radiates with tradition and the smell of pine trees in which it is located at a height of 2.5 m from the ground! Designed for families and groups, it offers 4 beds inside and two terraces, providing enough space for our guests. Guest access Shared toilet, bathroom and lounge area with kitchen and basic kitchen supplies. Other things to note The rest area is connected to the water supply network, but not to electricity. For a reason :) Our motto is Tesla retreat, disconnect to reconnect! Each cottage has solar lamps and a power bank. There is a possibility of an extra bed. The water is drinkable!
