Welcome to our first-floor retreat, where coastal living meets comfort and convenience! Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, I live on the ground floor, ensuring a warm and authentic Mauritian experience. Just a two-minute drive takes you to the public beach, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to relax and enjoy the best of coastal living. The space Our first floor features two spacious rooms, including one en suite, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The house has a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. Additionally, there are two toilets and bathrooms for your convenience. One of the highlights of the first floor is the large terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy the surrounding. Guests also have access to a refreshing pool, perfect for a leisurely swim or lounging in the sun. For your convenience, we offer parking for your car, as well as wifi to stay connected and all necessary bedding linen, towels, and blankets for a cozy stay. Guest access Upstairs, you'll find your private oasis, accessible via a dedicated staircase. Guests also have access to the pool and garden areas, as well as parking facilities. Other things to note Our property is officially licensed by the Mauritius Tourism Authority, giving you peace of mind that your stay will be safe, comfortable, and fully compliant. Please note that, effective October 1, 2025, the Government of Mauritius requires a tourist fee of €3 per person, per night for guests staying in Airbnb and other tourist accommodations. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected upon check-in.
