Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this gîte adjoining our house will be happy to welcome you with family or friends. It is ideal for 5 people, but can accommodate 7. Peaceful, 35 minutes from Nantes, 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pornichet, La Baule, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Guérande, 45 minutes from the pretty ports of Le Croisic or Piriac or 1 hour from Vannes. A peaceful haven for those who value tranquility. You will be very close to Savenay (5 km) and its shopping area La Colleraye The space Accommodation renovated in 2024 in our old barn, in the extension of our house. You will enjoy the space circled in the photo in the outdoor section. The entrance is completely independent of our home and the terrace does not overlook our space. On the ground floor, living room with equipped open kitchen. Wood stove for the pleasure of the flame. Underfloor heating Sofa bed if needed. Very bright living room with 2 large bay windows and a fixed opening to the east for the morning sun. 1 of the large windows overlooks our garden; the other overlooks a private terrace without any neighbors.
