A spacious yet cosy home in Highams Park. Boasting 2 large double bedrooms, a spacious and bright living room and gorgeous kitchen and dining room. Recently refurbished throughout and with stylish interiors. It is our well loved family home (excuse some hidden clutter!) With the woods on our doorstep (3 mins walk away) and the lovely Highams Park town only 15 mins walk away it’s a perfect location. Epping Forest is only 10 mins away on the bus! You can be in central London within 40 mins. The space Homely 2 double bedroom property with large garden and hot tub. With additional sleeping arrangements on comfortable sofa beds if required. This is our much loved family home with a large living room space, a well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room space and a large garden with a hot tub. There are 2 large bedrooms, one king size bed and one double bed. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and a single sofa bed in the dining room if you are looking to add some extra guests. Our home is just a 3 minute walk from Larkswood, a beautiful woodland walk. 20 mintues away you can find Highams Park Lake, another lovely green space. 10 minutes on the 444 bus you can be in Epping Forest! Having a coffee and cake at the lovely Butlers Retreat. We are 15min walk or 5min bus from Highams Park overground station, from here you can be in Liverpool Street within 25mins. There are bus stops going in both directions directly outside our house so it is very easy to get around. You will be less that 5 min walk away from the best pub, The Larkshall, with the greatest beer garden and cosy interiors. They do an amazing BBQ or Sunday Roast. (Booking is recommended as it is very popular). You can also find lovely restaurants, more great pubs and wine bars surrounding the station - all our recommendations and directions to these will be in the guidebook in our home.
